     San Tan Valley is a contemporary residential community organized around a clear perimeter block layout that creates a strong sense of enclosure and privacy while framing shared spaces at its core. The building massing defines the street edges and encloses a central courtyard that serves as the social and recreational heart of the project.

     The development consists of three residential buildings organized into two building types, supported by a central clubhouse and a range of shared amenities, including a pool and landscaped open spaces. This inward-focused configuration allows for controlled circulation, efficient parking solutions, and a clear relationship between private residences and communal areas.

     In total, the project delivers 252 residential units, including 13 Type A units, with 484 parking spaces provided, 196 of which are covered, along with 11 Type A accessible parking spaces.
