Building Gross Area: 340 m²

     This project is a modern mountain residence that harmonizes with its natural surroundings through the use of stone, timber, and pitched roof forms. The design combines traditional alpine character with contemporary architecture, creating a warm and timeless aesthetic.

     Spacious interiors, natural materials, and an open-plan living area enhance comfort while large windows frame the surrounding landscape. The project offers a balanced approach to functionality, elegance, and connection with nature.

     The material palette is defined by a combination of natural and contemporary elements. Stone and wood surfaces are used to add warmth and texture, while glass is emphasized to enhance transparency and daylight. Neutral-toned finishes support a calm and timeless aesthetic, allowing the architecture to integrate seamlessly with its environment.
